ATMOSPHERE MUFFINS

The kids and I did a hands-on activity out of our Geography book

Layers of flour, oats, sugar etc. were our layers of the atmosphere. It was a fun project. The container with layered ingredients sat on the kitchen counter for a couple days...

but, now what to do with all that lovely ingredients?
Throw it out?

nope.

Seeing how I don't measure much of anything or use recipes much at all. I thought Atmosphere Muffins would be a good use.

I threw in some apple.

Carrot pulp (from juiced carrots) from the freezer.

Stir vigorously!

scoop

and bake.

The boys were out for the stirring, scooping and baking part, so it was just the girls to tend to that.

Good Day,
MO
